Destination Management Company (DMC)

- licensed business with premises.
- paid up member of relevant UTA association.
- join as a member of SITE Africa Chapter.
- proof of having organized high-end/luxury tour itineraries for 10 international clients (each with 15+ tour participants) for more than 3 years.
- have public liability cover.
- affiliation to a professional international association.
- to have been in operation for at least 3 years.

Professional Conference organizers (PCO)

- Licensed business with premises
- Paid up member of relevant UTA association (EAU)
- Proof of having organized at least 10 international or regional meetings / conferences or events of which five must be over 250 delegate
- Proven Track Record with References
- Have public liability cover
- Affiliation to Professional Associations – UCB | UAPCO|ICCA
- To have been in operation for at least 3 years

Hotel and Venues

- Licensed business with premises
- Paid up member of relevant UHOA and UTB
- Four and Five Star ranking by UTB
- Proof of having organized at least 10 international or regional meetings / conferences or events of which five must be over 250 delegate
- Have public liability cover

Event’s Organizers

- Licensed business with premises
- Have been in operation for at least 2 years
- Affiliation to a professional organization
- Licensed by UTB
- Have a public liability cover

Service Providers

- Licensed business with premises
- Have been in operation for at least 2 years
- Licensed by UTB
- Affiliation to a professional association
- Have a public liability cover
- To have organized at least 5 international events or regional events
